Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Gender-Based Violence and Domestic Violence (Amendment) Act,

2024, the Minister responsible for equality and the Minister

responsible for the Foundation for Social Welfare Services have

established the date of publication of this Legal Notice as the date on

which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
