Designated Area) Order, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 6 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Minister

responsible for finance has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Scirocco Heights Residences Citation.

(Special Designated Area) Order, 2025.

Scirocco Heights Residences consisting of immovable Special

property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan designated area.

annexed to this order, is hereby designated as a Special Designated

Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non- Cap. 246.

Residents) Act.

Scirocco Heights Residences shall be added to the List of Addition to the

Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property First
