Public Procurement (Amendment of Schedules) Regulations, 2025
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Public
Finance Management Act, the Minister responsible for finance has
made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Public Procurement Citation.
(Amendment of Schedules) Regulations, 2025 and these regulations
shall be read and construed as one with the Public Procurement S.L. 601.03.
Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".
Schedule 1 to the principal regulations shall be amended as Amends
Schedule 1 to
the principal
regulations.
(a) immediately after the item "Animal Health and
Welfare Department" thereof there shall be added the following
new items
"Animal Welfare Directorate
Aquatic Resources Malta";
(b) the item "Governance of Agricultural BioResources
Agency" thereof shall be deleted;
(c) immediately after the item "Gozo Fibre Optic Cable
Co Ltd." thereof there shall be added the following new item
"Gozo General Hospital";
(d) immediately after the item "Malta Financial Services
Authority" thereof there shall be added the following new item
"Malta Food Agency";
(e) immediately after the item "Masons’ Board" thereof
there shall be added the following new item
"Mater Dei Hospital";
(f)
the item "Pitkalja Ltd" thereof shall be deleted;
(g) immediately after the item "Restoration Directorate"
thereof there shall be added the following new item
"Riżorsi Agrikoli Malta".
In Schedule 2 to the principal regulations immediately after
the item "Foundation for Medical Services" there shall be added the
following new items
"Gozo General Hospital
Mater Dei Hospital
Medicines Authority".
Schedule 16 to the principal regulations shall be amended
as follows
(a) immediately after the item "Animal Health and
Welfare Department" thereof there shall be added the following
new items
"Animal Welfare Directorate
Aquatic Resources Malta";
(b) the item "Governance of Agricultural BioResources
Agency" thereof shall be deleted;
(c) immediately after the item "Malta Financial Services
Authority" thereof there shall be added the following new item
"Malta Food Agency";
(d)
the item "Medicines Authority" thereof shall be
deleted;
(e)
the item "Pitkalja Ltd" thereof shall be deleted;
(f) immediately after the item "Restoration Directorate"
thereof there shall be added the following new item
"Riżorsi Agrikoli Malta".
