JUDGES AND MAGISTRATES (SALARIES) ACT

Judges and Magistrates (Revision of Salaries) Order, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Judges

and Magistrates (Salaries) Act, the Prime Minister has made the

following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Judges and Magistrates

commencement.

(Revision of Salaries) Order, 2025.

(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st

January 2025.

There shall be paid to the holders of the offices specified in

the first column of the Schedule, instead of the salaries established in

article 2 of the Judges and Magistrates (Salaries) Act, the annual salary

and Magistrates.

respectively specified for each office in the second column of the said

Schedule.
