Victim Support Agency (Establishment) (Amendment) Order, 2025

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

order:-

The title of this order is the Victim Support Agency

(Establishment) (Amendment) Order, 2025 and this order shall be read

and construed as one with the Victim Support Agency (Establishment)

Order, hereinafter referred to as the "principal order".

Article 4(h) of the principal order shall be amended as

follows

(a)

in sub-paragraph (vi) thereof the word "; and" shall be

deleted;

(b) in sub-paragraph (vii) thereof immediately after the

words "psychological support;" there shall be added the word

"and";

(c) immediately after sub-paragraph (vii) thereof, as

amended, there shall be added the following new sub-paragraph

"(viii) assistance to obtain

information

about

magisterial inquiries, as applicable;".
