Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(3) of the

Health and Safety at Work (Administrative Penalties and Compromise

Fines Publication) Regulations, 2025 the Minister responsible for

health and safety at work has established the date of publication of this

Legal Notice as the date on which all the provisions of the said

regulations shall come into force.
