Arts Council Malta Act (Amendment of Second Schedule)
Regulations, 2025
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 14(5) of the
Arts Council Malta Act, the Minister responsible for culture has made
the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Arts Council Malta Act
(Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations, 2025 and these
regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Second
Schedule to the Arts Council Malta Act, hereinafter referred to as the
"Second Schedule".

In the Second Schedule immediately after the item "(j) De
Valette Chamber Orchestra" there shall be added the following new
item
"(k) Jesuits Church Foundation".
