Self-Isolation of Diagnosed Persons (Repeal) Order, 2024

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 26 and 27 of

the Public Health Act, the Minister responsible for public health, after

consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health has made the

following order:-

(1) The title of this order is the Self-Isolation of

commencement.

Diagnosed Persons (Repeal) Order, 2024.

(2)

This order shall come into force on 1st May 2024.

The Self-Isolation of Diagnosed Persons Order is hereby

repealed without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done

thereunder.

Any act, decision or action taken before the coming into

force of this order shall continue to be regulated by the provisions of

the Self-Isolation of Diagnosed Persons Order, as in force prior to the

coming into force of this order.
