Rent Subsidy (Amendment) Regulations, 2024

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Malta

Enterprise Act, the Minister responsible for Malta Enterprise with the

concurrence of the Minister for Finance, has made the following

regulations: -

The title of these regulations is the Rent Subsidy

(Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Rent Subsidy Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as the "principal regulations".

Regulation 4 of the principal regulations shall be

substituted by the following new regulation
