Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Commercial Code (Amendment) Act, 2022, the Minister responsible

for commerce has established the date of publication of this Legal

Notice as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act shall

come into force.
