COMMUNICATIONS LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2024

(ACT No. I of 2024)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(3) of the

Communications Laws (Amendment) Act, 2024, the Minister

responsible for communications has established the 2nd April 2024 as

the date on which all the provisions of the said Act, except for those

referred to in article 1(2) of the said Act, shall come into force.
