Conditions of Entry and Stay of Third Country Nationals
for the purpose of Employment as Seasonal Workers
(Amendment) Regulations, 2024
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 36 of the
Immigration Act, the Minister responsible for immigration has made
the following regulations
The title of these regulations is the Conditions of Entry and
Stay of Third Country Nationals for the purpose of Employment as
Seasonal Workers (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and these
regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Conditions of
Entry and Stay of Third Country Nationals for the purpose of
Employment as Seasonal Workers Regulations, hereinafter referred to
as the "principal regulations".
In sub-regulation (3) of regulation 14 of the principal
regulations the words "may decide to" shall be substituted by the word
"shall".
