CONDUCT CERTIFICATES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 77)

Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment of

Fourth Schedule) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2024

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the

Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Minister responsible for the

Police has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Conduct

commencement.

Certificates Ordinance (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) (Amendment

No. 2) Regulations, 2024 and these regulations shall be read and

construed as one with the Conduct Certificates Ordinance, hereinafter

referred to as the "Fourth Schedule".

(2) These regulations shall come into force within two (2)

months from their publication in the Gazette.

In the Fourth Schedule, immediately after the item "The

Authority on the Responsible Use of Cannabis." there shall be added

the following new item

"The Commerce Department, in respect of the issue,

maintenance or renewal of a licence relating to the dealing in

precious metals and stones.".
