Concession Contracts (Amendment) Regulations, 2024

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Public

Finance Management Act, the Minister responsible for finance has

made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Concession

commencement.

Contracts (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 which shall be read and

construed as one with the Concession Contracts Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on such date or

dates as the Minister responsible for finance may by notice in the

Gazette establish.

In Schedule 3 to the principal regulations the figure

"€5,382,000" shall be substituted by the figure "€5,538,000".
