Declaration of Bank Holidays Order, 2024

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3(2)(a) of the

Banking Act, the Minister responsible for the regulation of financial

services, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services

Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 21st

April 2025 and the 26th December 2025 as bank holidays.
