Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(3) of the

Health and Safety at Work Act, 2024 the Minister responsible for health

and safety at work has established the date of the publication of this

Legal Notice as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act shall

come into force, and for the purpose of article 46(1) of the said Act the

date established for the repeal of the Occupational Health and Safety

Authority Act (Cap. 424) shall be the date of the publication of this

Legal Notice, without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done

thereunder.
