Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child

Abduction (Amendment) Order, 2024

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4(1) of the

Child Abduction and Custody Act the Minister responsible for foreign

affairs has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Convention on the Civil

Aspects of International Child Abduction (Amendment) Order, 2024

and this order shall be read and construed as one with the Convention

on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Order,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal order".

In the Schedule to the principal order immediately after the

item "Jamaica .................. 29th November 2022" there shall be added

the following new items

"Tunisia ..................... 30th November 2023

Philippines...................30th November 2023".
