Commencement Notice
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the
Restrictions on Placing on the Market of Single-Use Plastic Products
(Amendment) Regulations, 2022, the Minister responsible for the
environment has established that paragraph (a) of regulation 4 of the
said regulations shall come into force within two (2) months from the
date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
