EDUCATION ACT

(CAP. 327)

Statute for the Repeal of Statutes

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by articles 74(5) and 75(6)

of the Education Act (Cap. 327), the Chancellor of the University of Malta has

promulgated the following Statute made by the Council of the University of Malta

in virtue of the powers conferred upon it by articles 75(1)(2) and 77(c)(d) of the said

Act

This Statute may be cited as the Statute for the Repeal of Statutes.

Repeal

The following Statutes are hereby being repealed

(a) Statute for the Institute for Tourism, Travel and Culture, published as Legal

Notice 552 of 2010 and amended by Legal Notice 157 of 2015.

(b) Statute for the International Institute for Baroque Studies, published as Legal

Notice 320 of 2009.
