REGULATED PROFESSIONS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2024

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws relating to Social Wellbeing Regulated Professions

(Amendment) Act, 2024, the Minister responsible for social policy has

established the 17th September 2024 as the date on which all the

provisions of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
