(AMENDMENT NO. 2) ACT, 2024

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Sports Governance and Integrity (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2024, the

Minister responsible for sport has established the date of publication of

this Legal Notice as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act

shall come into force.
