LEASES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2024

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws relating to Private Residential Leases (Amendment) Act,

2024, the Minister responsible for housing has established the 1st

September 2024 as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act

shall come into force.
