Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Agriculture Act, 2023 the Minister responsible for agriculture and

rural affairs has established the 1st January 2024 as the date on which

all the provisions of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into

force.
