CONDUCT CERTIFICATES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 77)

Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment of First and Fourth

Schedules) Regulations, 2024

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the

Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Minister responsible for justice

has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Conduct Certificates Citation.

Ordinance (Amendment of First and Fourth Schedules) Regulations,

2024 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

First and Fourth Schedules to the Conduct Certificates Ordinance, Cap. 77.

hereinafter referred to as "the First Schedule" and "the Fourth

Schedules" respectively.

The First Schedule shall be amended as follows

Amends the

First Schedule.

(a)

Form A thereof shall be amended as follows

(i)

the words "MALTA POLICE CERTIFICATE

OF CONDUCT" shall be substituted by the words

"MALTA CERTIFICATE OF CONDUCT";

(ii) the words "Police H.Q." shall be substituted by

the words "Conducts and Criminal Records Office"; and

(iii) the words "Commissioner of Police" shall be

substituted by the words "Director, Department of Justice

within the Ministry responsible for Justice"; and

(b)

Form B thereof shall be amended as follows

(i)

the words "MALTA POLICE" shall be deleted;

(ii) the words "Police H.Q." shall be substituted by

the words "Conducts and Criminal Records Office"; and

(iii) the words "Commissioner of Police" shall be

substituted by the words "Director, Department of Justice

within the Ministry responsible for Justice".

In the Fourth Schedule, the words "Commissioner of

Amends the
