Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2024

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 13 of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister responsible for justice,

has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Commissioners for

Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Schedule to the

Commissioners for Justice Act, hereinafter referred to as the

"Schedule".

In the Schedule, immediately after the item "Responsible

Use of Cannabis (Licensing of Organisations) Regulations" there shall

be added the following new item

"Cat Feeders Regulations

Regulation 9".

All offences committed after the entry into force of these

regulations in breach of the regulations referred to in regulation 2, shall

be deemed as infringements and may be tried by the Commissioners for

Justice.
