Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(6) of the

Person Register and Personal Data Sharing within the Public Sector

Regulations, 2021, the Prime Minister has established the 1st February

2024 as the date on which all of the provisions of the said regulations

shall come into force.
