Fees (Pet Sitting Accommodations and Pet Boarding
Accommodation Establishments for Cats and Dogs)
Regulations, 2024
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees
Ordinance, the Minister responsible for veterinary services, with the
concurrence of the Minister responsible for finance, has made the
following regulations:-
(1) The title of these regulations is the Fees (Pet Sitting Citation and
Accommodations and Pet Boarding Establishments for Cats and Dogs) commencement.
Regulations, 2024.
(2) These regulations shall come into force within two (2)
months from their publication in the Gazette.
The fees listed in the Schedule shall be payable to the Fees.

Schedule
(regulation 2)
The applicable fees for the licensing of Pet Boarding
accommodation establishments
(a) First registration for a Pet Boarding
€800
accommodation establishment
(b) Renewal of the licence of a Pet
€200
Boarding accommodation establishment holding
ten (10) animals or less
(c) Renewal of the licence of a Pet
€400
Boarding accommodation establishment holding
more than ten (10) animals
The applicable fees for the registration of Pet Sitting
accommodations
(a) First registration for a Pet Sitting
€400
accommodation;
(b) Renewal of the registration of a Pet
€100
Sitting accommodation
