TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDINANCE

(CAP. 65)

Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 54 of the

Traffic Regulation Ordinance, the Minister responsible for transport,

after consultation with the Authority for Transport in Malta, has made

the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Motor Vehicles (Driving Citation.

License) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and these regulations shall

be read and construed as one with the Motor Vehicles (Driving S.L. 65.18.

Licences) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal

regulations".

In item "MS-9" of the Sixth Schedule to the principal Amends the

tampered, copied, forged or altered Blue Badge;

MS-15

Displaying a Blue Badge on a vehicle of a person

who is not entitled to a Blue Badge;

Parking or leaving a vehicle unattended in a
