Healthcare Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 2024
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees
Ordinance, the Minister responsible for health, with the concurrence of
the Minister responsible for finance, has made the following
regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Healthcare Fees Citation.
(Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and these regulations shall be read
and construed as one with the Healthcare Fees Regulations, hereinafter S.L. 35.28.

Provided that the fee for any special medication or
medicine or other surgical operation or medical investigation, shall be
charged in addition to the admittance or discharge fee.
The fees for any other medication, medicine, surgical
procedure, medical investigation or any other procedure not included
under the preceding headings shall be charged at cost.".
6. In the principal regulations, the words "Department of General
Health", wherever they occur, shall be substituted by the words amendment
"Department of Health Services".
7. The Hospital Fees for Foreign Patients Regulations are Repeal
hereby repealed without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be S.L. 35.14.
