Bye-Law of 2023 to amend the Bye-Laws of 2014 in terms of the

General Regulations for University Postgraduate Awards, 2021 for the

Degree of Master of Science in Digital Games - M.Sc. -

under the auspices of the Institute of Digital Games

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by articles 74 (5) and 75 (6) of the

Education Act (Cap. 327), the Chancellor of the University of Malta has promulgated

the following bye-law made by the Board of the Institute of Digital Games in virtue

of the powers conferred upon it by article 7 (b) (v) of the Statute for the Institute,

which bye-law has been approved by the Senate of the University of Malta

Reg. 1 — under the auspices of the Institute of Digital Games Open official source

This bye-law may be cited as the Bye-Law of 2023 to amend the Bye-

Laws of 2014 in terms of the General Regulations for University Postgraduate Awards,

2021 for the Degree of Master of Science in Digital Games - M.Sc. - and shall be read

and construed as one with the Bye-Laws of 2014 in terms of the General Regulations

for University Postgraduate Awards, 2021 for the Degree of Master of Science in

Digital Games - M.Sc. - under the auspices of the Institute of Digital Games, published

as Legal Notice 329 of 2014, hereinafter referred to as “the principal bye-laws”.

Applicability

Reg. 2 — under the auspices of the Institute of Digital Games Open official source

This bye-law shall be applicable as from 1 Februrary 2023 onwards.

Amendment to bye-law 9 of the principal bye-laws
