(CAP. 333)

Civil Aviation (Terminal Charges for Navigation Services)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 6 of the

Eurocontrol Act, the Minister responsible for civil aviation, with the

concurrence of the Minister for Finance and Employment, has made

the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Civil Aviation Citation and

(Terminal Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations, commencement.

2023 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Civil Aviation (Terminal Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations, S.L. 333.02.

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on the 1st January, 2023.

Regulation 5(4)

The rate of interest on late payment shall be 9.97 per cent per annum.".
