Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

ENGAGE Regulations, 2022, the Minister responsible for disability

and the development of this sector has established the 12th January

2023 as the date on which all the provisions of the said regulations,

except for regulation 3(c)(ii), shall be deemed to have come into force.
