Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(3) of the

General Arrangements for Excise Duty (Council Directive (EU) 2020/

262) Regulations, 2022, the Minister responsible for customs has

established the date of publication of this Legal Notice as the date on

which all the provisions of the said regulations shall come into force.
