Companies Act (Public Companies - Annual General Meetings)

(Repeal) Regulations, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 425(10) of the

Companies Act, the Minister responsible for the registration of

commercial partnerships has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Companies Act Citation and

(Public Companies - Annual General Meetings) (Repeal) Regulations, commencement.
