Development Notification (Amendment) Order, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 55 of the

Development Planning Act, the Executive Council, with the approval

of the Minister responsible for the Planning Authority, has made the

following order:-

The title of this order is the Development Notification

(Amendment) Order, 2023 and this order shall be read and construed

as one with the Development Notification Order, hereinafter referred

to as "the principal order".

In this order, unless the content otherwise requires, words

and expressions defined in the principal order shall have the same

meaning as assigned to them in the principal order.

Schedule III to the principal order shall be amended as

follows

(a) the map entitled "Schedule III – INDIS Malta Zones

Kordin" thereof shall be deleted;

(b) the map entitled "Schedule III – INDIS Malta Zones

San Gwann" thereof shall be substituted by the following new

map

immediately after the map entitled "Schedule III –

INDIS Malta Zones San Gwann" there shall be added the

following new maps
