Identity Malta Agency (Establishment)

(Amendment) Order, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

order:-

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2023 295 · Gazzetta tal-Gvern ta’ Malta Nru. 21,166– 15.12.2023 — Identity Malta Agency (Establishment)

The title of this order is the Identity Malta Agency

(Establishment) (Amendment) Order, 2023 and this order shall be read

and construed as one with the Identity Malta Agency (Establishment)

Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

In sub-article (1) of article 3 of the principal order,

immediately after the words "to be known as the Identity Malta

Agency or as "Identity Malta"" there shall be added the words ""or as

"Identità"".
