(ACT No. XXII of 2022)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Agricultural Leases (Reletting) (Amendment) Act, 2022, the Minister

responsible for justice has established the 8th February 2023 as the

date on which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
