RESIDENTS) ACT

The ORA Residences (Special Designated Area) Order, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 6 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Minister

responsible for finance has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the ORA Residences (Special Citation.

Designated Area) Order, 2023.

The ORA Residences, consisting of immovable property Designation of

situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed special area.

to this order, is hereby designated as a Special Designated Area for the

purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Cap. 246.
