Employment Agencies (Repeal) Regulations, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 59 of the

Employment and Training Services Act, the Minister responsible for

employment has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Employment

commencement.

Agencies (Repeal) Regulations, 2023.

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on the 1st of April

2024.

The Employment Agencies Regulations are hereby

Repeal and saving.

repealed without any prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done

thereunder.

Any action, decision, proceeding or licences issued, taken

or commencing before the coming into force of the Employment

Agencies (Repeal) Regulations, 2023 for the period until licences

granted under the Employment Agencies Regulations shall expire or

are terminated, shall remain to be regulated by the provisions of the

Employment Agencies Regulations as they were in force prior to the

coming into force of these regulations.
