Declaration of Bank Holidays Order, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3(2)(a) of the

Banking Act, the Minister responsible for the regulation of financial

services, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services

Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared 1st April

2024 and 26th December 2024 as bank holidays.
