IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

UNCRPD National Coordination Mechanism Regulations, 2022, the

Minister responsible for disability and the development of this sector

has established the date of publication of this Notice as the date on

which all the provisions of the said regulations shall come into force.
