CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE

(CAP. 12)

Civil Procedure (Regulation of Registries, Archives and

Functions of Director Courts (Gozo) and other Court Executive

Officers) (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1009A of the

Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Minister responsible for

justice has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Civil Procedure

commencement.

(Regulation of Registries, Archives and Functions of Director

Courts (Gozo) and other Court Executive Officers) (Amendment of

Schedule) Regulations, 2023 and these regulations shall be read and

construed as one with the Schedule to the Civil Procedure (Regulation

of Registries, Archives and Functions of Director Courts (Gozo)

and other Court Executive Officers) Regulations, hereinafter referred

to as "the Schedule".

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on 1st November

2023.

In the Schedule, immediately after paragraph (i) of the item

"The Civil Court (Voluntary Jurisdiction Section)" there shall be added

the following new paragraph

"(ii) Application for requests of authorisation with respect

to vulnerable persons and minors".
