Cross-Border Mergers of Limited Liability Companies (Repeal)

Regulations, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 425(6) of the

Companies Act, the Minister responsible for the registration of

commercial partnerships has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Cross-Border Citation and

Mergers of Limited Liability Companies (Repeal) Regulations, 2023. commencement.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on the 31 st of January 2023.

The Cross-Border Mergers of Limited Liability Companies Repeal and

Regulations are hereby being repealed without prejudice to anything saving.

Any action, decision or proceeding, taken or commencing Transitory

before the coming into force of the Cross-Border Mergers of Limited provision.

Liability Companies (Repeal) Regulations, 2023 shall remain to be

regulated by the provisions of the Cross-Border Mergers of Limited

Liability Companies Regulations as in force prior to the coming into

force of the Cross-Border Mergers of Limited Liability (Repeal)

Regulations, 2023.
