Public Procurement (Amendment) Regulations, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Public

Finance Management Act, the Minister responsible for finance has

made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Public Procurement (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Public Procurement

(Amendment) Regulations, 2023 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Public Procurement Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends Schedule 3 to the principal regulations. — Public Procurement (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 Open official source

In Schedule 3 to the principal regulations, immediately

after the item "Housing Authority" there shall be added the following

new items

Water Services Corporation".
