Health Care Professions Act (Amendment of

Fourth Schedule) (Amendment No.2) Regulations, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 51(1)(e) of the

Health Care Professions Act, the Minister responsible for health has

made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Fourth Schedule) (Amendment No.2) Regulations, 2023 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Health Care Professions

Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) (Amendment No.2)

Regulations, 2023 and these regulations shall be read and construed as

one with the Fourth Schedule to the Health Care Professions Act,

hereinafter referred to as "the Fourth Schedule".

Reg. 2 Amends the Fourth Schedule. — Fourth Schedule) (Amendment No.2) Regulations, 2023 Open official source

In Part II of the Fourth Schedule, under the heading

"Professions Complementary to Medicine" there shall be added the

following new item

"Malta Association of Audiologists".
