Conservation of Wild Birds (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 54 and 55 of

the Environment Protection Act, the Minister responsible for the

environment in conjunction with the Minister for Gozo, and after

consultation with the Environment and Resources Authority, has made

the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Conservation of Wild

Birds (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2023 and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Conservation of Wild Birds

Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

In regulation 2 of the principal regulations, in the definition

""protected area" or "protected areas" ", the words "prior to end of July

2014" shall be deleted.
