Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Consumer Affairs Act and the Consumer Claims Tribunal Rules

(Amendment) Act, 2023, the Minister responsible for consumer affairs

has established the 14th July 2023 as the date on which all the

provisions of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
