Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-regulation (2) of

regulation 1 of the Construction Industry Licensing Regulations, 2023,

the Minister responsible for the construction industry established the

date of the 18 th July 2023 as the date on which all the provisions of the

said regulations shall come into force.
