CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE

(CAP. 12)

Superior Courts (Number of Judges) Order, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 6(2) of the

Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the President of Malta has

prescribed the number of judges of the Superior Courts, besides the

Chief Justice, to be twenty-nine (29).

This order supersedes Legal Notice 245 of 2022.
