(CAP. 31)

Drugs (Control) (Amendment of Second

Schedule) Regulations, 2023

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 40A of the

Medical Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister responsible for

public health, after consultation with the Council of Health, has made

the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Schedule) Regulations, 2023 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Drugs (Control)

(Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations, 2023 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Second

Schedule to the Drugs (Control) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as

"the Second Schedule".

Reg. 2 Amends the Second Schedule. — Schedule) Regulations, 2023 Open official source

In the Second Schedule, immediately after the item

"3-

1-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-
